Project Goal: Create a revised website design using the WVU branding guidelines that supports the needs of the LaunchLab and their users.

A Candid Take

This was my first project while working with WVU University Relations Digital. I was introduced to their content management system CleanSlate CMS and familiarized with their branding guidelines. I was tasked with using the new design system to redesign The Morris L. Hayhurst WVU LaunchLab website. I met with the LaunchLab's team to outline their needs and the needs of their users to redesign the sites IA and establish their visual identity.I found a lot of reward in rethinking the structure of their previous site and searching for ways to improve the site's user experience.
